Terms of Service
Welcome to PhilosophyWriters.com (the "Web Site"). This page states the Terms of Service (the "Terms" or the "TOS") under which this Web Site is available for use. Please read this page carefully. By accessing and using this Web Site you accept and agree to be bound, without limitation or qualification, by these Terms and any other terms and conditions that may apply. PhilosophyWriters may, at its sole discretion, modify or revise these Terms at any time by updating this posting. You are bound by any such modification or revision and should therefore visit this page periodically to review the Terms. By using the Web Site after we have made any modification or revision, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not accept any of the Terms stated here, do not use the Web Site. The Web Site retains the right to deny access to anyone at its complete discretion for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. The Terms constitute the entire legal agreement between you and the Web Site. Please understand that by purchasing papers from this site you are authorizing PhilosophyWriters.com to send the described research paper using electronic mail to the email address you will provide and charging you according to the price schedule advertised. Moreover, you agree that any paper sold to you represents an original work created by PhilosophyWriters and provided only as a model paper for research use to be properly cited as one source in any original report on the same topic that you will ultimately go on to write yourself. We will not-- under any circumstances -- tolerate any form of whole or partial plagiarism. All papers are guaranteed to reasonably match their catalog descriptions and are sold "as is" without any option for refund or credit. Your requested pre-written paper will be emailed to you in less than 24 hours once transaction is confirmed. Usually papers are sent in a matter of hours if not minutes depending on how fast we receive your payment. Customized papers are delivered according to your deadline request and once we approve of it. Customized papers delivered past the original deadline are downgraded based on the appropriate turnaround service rate. One page equals approximately 300 words. All papers are formatted to 12 point size font in Times New Roman and are double spaced. Revision requests are only honored if they are submitted within 48 hours of the completion of paper and if the instructions were clearly not followed. All papers are written to reasonably match the instructions provided. It may take 24 to 48 hours for a revision to be completed. You understand and agree that Philosophy Writers is not responsible for the untimely delivery of materials due to e-mail or server related errors. Philosophy Writers will not issue any refunds due to untimely delivery of materials due e-mail or server related errors. REFUND POLICY Once we begin on the custom paper no refunds will be made. All model papers and pre-written papers are sold "As Is" without the possibility of a refund. (The reason for this policy is to prevent customers from pretending not to be satisfied with the paper and requesting a refund after receiving the paper. The other reason is that once a writer begins on a paper he or she has committed themselves to the completion of the project and must be compensated)
